Back in the USA

We arrived home safely after a wonderful bike tour of The Netherlands. Thanks to all who posted nice comments. Also thanks to the friends we visited on our vacation journey. Cycling in Holland is not like anything we can experience here and I highly recommend it as a great way to see this country. Hopefully everyone will be patient with us as we go through a 'withdrawal' of daily exercise and Belgian beer.

    Waw, you really did it Pam. (Jim we did not expect anything else from You . Cycling in the windy, sunny,rainy, cheesy "Little Frogland". You 2 really sampled the country and we're glad you both enjoyed it. It was really great to have you 2 here and the girls liked it too. all those old little stories about colouring hair with water paint, learning to speak Dutch ect bacl in the 80's. Time flies guys, tooooooo fast! we would have loved to have you longer in Nijmegen. Maybe next time ! The Gardeniers-house is always open. AND your standing invitation to Africa stands too. don't worry Jim I'll keep the bugs away.
